Responsibilities

What You’ll Do
- Educate seniors and pre‑retirees on Medicare, life, and health insurance options
- Assist Medicare beneficiaries with enrollments, plan changes, and applications
- Conduct client appointments using a needs‑based consultative approach
- Build long‑term client relationships through excellent customer service
- Generate new business through company‑provided marketing and leads
- Stay current on Medicare regulations and insurance products in Michigan

Qualifications

Who We’re Looking For
- Motivated individuals who enjoy helping others
- Strong communication and people skills
- Basic computer proficiency (email, CRM systems)
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a local team
✔️ Sales or customer service experience is a plus
