Responsibilities

What You’ll Do
- Conduct client interviews to assess insurance and retirement needs
- Create custom insurance solutions using over 220 top‑rated carriers
- Educate seniors on Medicare, life, health, and retirement benefits
- Support clients with claims follow‑up and ongoing service
- Stay up to date on Medicare and insurance regulation changes
- Build long‑term client relationships through exceptional follow‑up

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills (MS Word, email, CRM systems)
- A passion for helping seniors and serving the Olathe community
- Insurance license preferred but not required (training available)
