Scheduling meetings, appointments
Answering phone calls, taking messages, directing calls to appropriate parties, and responding to emails.
Creating, editing, and distributing documents such as letters, reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
Maintaining organized filing systems, both physical and digital, and retrieving documents as needed.
Preparing meeting agendas, reserving restaurants for MMI presentations, taking notes, and following up on action items.
Ordering office supplies, managing inventory, maintaining equipment, and coordinating office services.
Greeting visitors, directing them to appropriate personnel, and managing the reception area.
Entering and updating information into databases and spreadsheets.
