Responsibilities

 

    • Be a trusted guide for seniors navigating Medicare, retirement, and life insurance.

    • Host and attend community events, seminars, and casual get-togethers (think coffee chats, not cold calls).

    • Create meaningful connections with clients and their families, often spanning multiple generations.

    • Collaborate with teammates who believe in celebrating each win and sharing success stories.

    • Help clients feel confident about their future while building your own long-term career path.

    • Support seniors with compassion and professionalism, treating each interaction as personal, not transactional.

    • Participate in local Villages activities to stay connected with the people we serve.

    • Learn from industry leaders and contribute your own ideas to keep our office thriving and innovative.

    • Use proven systems to simplify insurance for clients — making the complicated feel easy.

    • Pay it forward by mentoring new team members when the time is right.
