Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

  • Meet one‑on‑one with seniors to review Medicare and insurance options
  • Provide Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and life insurance solutions
  • Build long‑term client relationships that generate recurring renewal income
  • Work within the Springfield and greater Delaware County market
  • Operate independently while leveraging proven systems, support, and partnerships

Qualifications

  • What We’re Looking For

    • Active Life & Health Insurance License (required)
    • Medicare experience strongly preferred
    • Professional, consultative sales approach
    • Self‑directed with a desire for income growth and ownership
    • Agents looking to improve renewals, overrides, and long‑term value
